Tips on How to Work-out Outdoors

My bff Cecy & I decided to workout outdoors. We went to a park to do yoga stretches, abs, bench dips, and we fast paced walked 4 miles around the park.

There are many things you can do if you don’t feel like hitting the gym, this is just one of many ideas. Get on your bike, skateboard, and roller blading.
