HOW TO PREPARE A PROTEIN SHAKE:
.1) In a blender!! Add a few ice cubes, strawberries & blueberries.
.2) Add 1/2 a cup of 1% milk, almond or soy milk works too. I prefer sugar free plain brands) and 1/2 cup of water.
.3) Add 1/2 a cup of raw oatmeal, 1 table spoon of bee pollen, 1 scoop of protein powder. I used Designer Whey vanilla in this shake.
.4) Blend to where it’s still a little chunky. It personally makes me feel like i’m eating a meal and it makes me feel fuller?
Do not add sugar, 1-2% milk is better to keep the calories down, for weight gain add 2 scoops. I drink these as either a meal replacement or a snack. Don’t forget to drink your vitamins everyday.
