Never would I have believed that eating healthy would have anything to do with having a clear complexion. I am someone who is big on taking care of my skin. My grandma used to always tell us to wash our faces before bed and not to use too much make up. Being in the entertainment industry it’s hard not to wear makeup. There are times I am on set with a full face of makeup for HOURS under hot lights and humid conditions. So for me, taking care of my skin is a harder process. I have tried everything like many of you from masks to vitamins. After experimenting with many things, what has worked best is EATING HEALTHY!!!
Eating healthy has my skin looking smooth, clear and is always glowing. It’s strange to say that but I believe it 100%. I have also noticed the more vegetables and fish I eat the nicer it gets. I take my daily vitamin, Hairfinity vitamins, and my fish oil to help achieve great hair, skin and nails too. Since I have been juicing everyday for the last few months (at least once a day) I have notched a dramatic difference in my skin. I try my best to drink a lot of water as well, 1/2 a gallon to 1 gallon a day. Who doesn’t want to wake up to a fresh glowing make up free face? Remember that eating healthy not only helps you with weight loss and energy. It truly has you healthy in many other ways like having that GLOW that many want to achieve but feel they can’t.
