My secret weapon against obesity, low energy, and sickness. Great for weight management and gives you hours of energy. This week I am juicing 4x’s a day and eating 1-2 protein packed low calorie meals.
This juicing recipe consists of kale, ginger, 1/2 green apple, bee pollen, flax seed and 1 small beet.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Cut up a thumb sized piece of hunger, 1/2 a green or red apple, add a table spoon full of bee pollen, 1 table spoon of flax seed, and 1 small beet. Put them in your magic bullet or blender and add a cup of water, a little more water if you don’t want the juice so thick. Blend and serve 🙂
Do not add sugars whatsoever.
