Low calorie recipe, honey grilled salmon and steamed broccoli

Honey  grilled salmon and steamed broccoli is sooooooo yummy! This recipe is one of my favorite fish recipes. Great for lunch or dinner.

– 1 teaspoon of honey

– ground pepper

– 1 sea salt

– broccoli

PREPARATION:

Preheat your oven at 350. Season your salmon with a pinch of salt, then measure a small teaspoon of honey and slather it over your salmon, and add pepper over the honey. For a honey smoke flavor buy a “light” honey smoked marinara from any health store. Put your salmon on a oven safe baking pan, bake until ready (usually 30-45 minutes), you can also grill this on a bbq or a stove top but DO NOT fry. Use a pan spray. The broccoli is the easiest part, just steam it. I would suggest steaming your vegetables over boiling them. As when you bowl you lose all of your important nutrients. Serve dry no butter or salt and enjoy :)
