Welcome back ladies and gents!

It’s time for another great workout. I’m Laeann Amos and today we focusing on our glutes. There is nothing more appealing than a man and or woman with nice firm legs, tightened hamstrings and that cute little apple bottom that we know as the derriére.  There are three muscles that build and shape our backside.

1. Gluteus Minimus
The gluteus minimus is the smallest of the glute muscles. It is directly positioned under the gluteus medius.

2. Gluteus medius
The gluteus medius resembles the shape of pork chop. The muscle sits outside of your pelvis.

3. Gluteus maximus
The biggest muscle in your body is known as the gluteus maximus.

No gym membership no worries. Here is a workout that can be completed from the comfort of your home. Make sure you have your yoga matte, water, and stretch for a great warm-up.
