Low Calorie Recipe: Cheddar Cheese Omelet, Sour Cream, And Onion Bagel

Super easy to make, delicious, and you get to cheat a little. The healthy way of course!!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  1. 3 eggs (use 2 egg whites-1 whole egg)
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Onion
  4. Sea salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Greek yogurt
  7. Cheddar cheese by Daiya Vegan cheese
  8. Wheat onion bagel (1/2)

HOW TO PREPARE

This is beyond easy and fast to make! Dice your onions and tomatoes. Season them with sea salt and ground pepper. In a non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray, put your tomatoes, onions and cook until golden. Take them out of the pan, put in a small container. Beat your egg whites in a bowl, then add to the same pan, add 1/2 of the tomatoes, onions and a little cheese. Flip the omelet into a half, put on a plate, then put the last 1/2 of your tomatoes over it, and a little Greek yogurt as your substitute for sour cream. Serve with 1/2 a toasted bagel with no spread and ENJOY 🙂
