When you feel like having fun in the kitchen this is a great recipe to play with! Great for my vegans too. Who said vegan meals were boring?
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 4 large fresh garlic cloves
- 2-3 medium eggplants
- Sea salt
- For vegans; 1 cup of tofu
- Skip this for vegans. 2 cup of chicken broth (unsalted)
HOW TO PREPARE
For non vegans:
This is super easy to make. Dice fresh garlic cloves, add a pinch of sea salt. Heat and spray a non stick pan with cooking spray, add the garlic, and chicken broth. Heat until it boils and turns into a thicker texture like a sauce. On a charcoal or gas grill, grill your egg plants until they are soft and slightly crispy. Don’t have a grill? Bake them for 15-20 minutes at 450 in an oven until soft and slightly crispy. Then stir them into the same pan with the garlic and chicken broth. Stirr until covered in sauce and serve! Enjoy
Put your tofu, garlic, and sea salt in a blender with ½ cup of water. Now blend! Then put all the contents in a heated non stick pan. Make sure to spray with cooking spray first. Heat until it boils and turns into a thicker texture like a sauce.
