NEW RECIPE ALERT!! This one is so simple I can’t believe how good it tastes. I’m not a fan of smoothies from big chains because they generally are packed with the most ridiculously bad for you ingredients. However, learning to do them myself has been fun and always surprises me at how much better they taste home made. This one tastes refreshing and contains greens in it.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 leaf of kale
- 1 scoop of plain protein powder, low carb and low to no sugars
- 1/2 cup of water
- 4 small strawberries or 2 large ones
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze milk
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash and rinse the kale and strawberries. The ice cubes are supposed to go in with the strawberries and kale first. I just forgot to do it in that order. Then add the water, milk and 1 scoop of protein and blend. That’s it! It;s super easy, refreshing, delicious and sweet. Enjoy 🙂
