Here is a short list of high acidic fruits for your juicing smoothies. These are also my favorite ones to use. As a rule of thumb, you want to use acidic fruits over anything when making smoothies. The only time you add “other fruits” is for added benefits, but keep them to a 1/2 fruit. So lets say 1/2 a banana, 1/2 a small coconut, 1/2 an avocado. The list below is perfect to add to any juicing or smoothie recipes.
