I don’t know about you, but after I had my two kids, my booty got out of control! It got bigger and it started to sag. Who wants a saggy booty? Not me!
So I decided to do something about it. I added in short workouts to my weekly exercise plan that focused more on my back side. The workouts were short, yet intense- about 15 to 30 minutes. High intensity workouts are great when you’re short on time, but still want great results.
Try this quick workout to start tightening and lifting your booty off of the floor. It only takes about 15 minutes and you don’t even need to go to the gym. Do it at home while the kids are napping, during one of your favorite TV shows, or outside while getting some sun and fresh air.
Want to make it more challenging? Add ankle weights to really feel the burn.
Remember, none of us are perfect. We all have areas we would like to improve. Don’t get down and depressed about your trouble areas, hold your head up high, love yourself, put in the work, and the change will come.
