Gooooooooood morning TFM family! I’m glad so many of you are loving my smoothies. I love waking up to read all the rave reviews about them. It is truly a blessing for me to able to bring you these healthy recipes. They are a life changer. I’m so happy I fine tuned these recipes and made them delicious. There’s nothing worse than trying to lose weight & having to eat foods that taste bland like cardboard. Aint nobody got time to skip flavor YUCK!!!!
Anyways, for those who have downloaded my “5 Day Smoothie Slimdown” guide this is the “Berry Strawberry” recipe. If you haven’t downloaded the guide DOWNLOAD HERE!
To give it a punch, add 2 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt and use the strawberry protein powder. Make sure it’s thick and icy by using 6 ice cubes. Use the rest of the ingredients in the guide all you are doing is adding these additional goodies. Drink this earlier in the day VS late at night. It’s more refreshing in the day too.
I’m making the Chocolate Banana Cream Pie right now. I’m craving a Starbucks frappuccino so you know this is PERFECT for my cravings and a great morning wake up!
