Easy Ways To Curb Your Appetite First Thing In the Morning

Before I go to bed every night I make sure to set a bottle of water by my night stand to drink in the morning. When I wake up the first thing I do is drink a small water bottle or a glass of water. I have been doing this since mid last year and  it has helped me curb my appetite. It also helps me get my water in for the day. I try my best to drink 1 gallon of water a day. On the days I can’t do that I have at least half a gallon.  It is important to drink water. I know it sounds like you have heard this a million times before but it truly is good for you.

This is my personal regimen that has worked for me. I am now up to  drinking 2 glasses in the morning. Try drinking a glass of water every other morning and work your way to drinking it every day.  Leave a comment below and let me know how this works out for you?

    works great! i try to drink at least 1/2 gallon too. Starting early helps
