Superbowl Snacks – Fruit And Whipped Cream

Skip the chocolates, cakes, candies,  ice creams, doughnuts and pick up some fruit instead. Doesn’t sound fun? Well. It tastes great, is healthy for you, and you won’t gain weight or  pack on that lovely cellulite you keep complaint about it. Does it sound fun now?

Add light whipping cream as a topping or a mix a bowl of Greek yogurt with a little honey and dip your fruit in it. Mix and match your favorite fruits. Sometimes I add lemon, chili powder and a little sea salt to a pineapple. Fruit doesn’t have to be boring. You just have to get creative. Many of you get too lazy to make anything from scratch you want everything “fast” and “easy” but if you are serious about your health journey. You will need to re program your mindset. Fruit is the easiest thing to buy, wash, slice and serve. And it tastes really sweet!  Did I mention fruit is low in fat, sodium, none of them contain cholesterol and they are ANTI AGING? What about all the awesome nutrients  they contain like potassium, fiber, Vitamin C, folic acids etc etc I can’t force you to eat healthy, but just know that fruit is an awesome alternative  to all the bad stuff you crave!
