Saute Jumbo Shrimp In Garlic Tomato Sauce

This is the same recipe as the one below, except I put it over salad.
Serves 4-6


1 whole garlic head
3 medium sized roma tomatos
1 medium sized yellow onion
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
2 oz of vodka or tequila
Garlic salt to taste
Unsalted Seafood seasoning 1 teaspoon
24 jumbo shrimp
1 cup of green beans
1 large avocado

This recipe is super easy. Chop your onion into small diced bits, peel and dice your garlic into small bits too. Wash, peel, (keep the tail on if you want) cut the top of the shrimp in the middle and open it a little. Find a large non stick pan, spray it with a cooking spray. Heat pan on medium. Mix all the ingredients together and sauté for 7 minutes. Then add the shrimps in the sauce and let it sauté for an additional 10-15 minutes. Steam your green greens add the sauce to the top! Slice your avocado, add a little sea salt on top, put a side of black beans on your plate with a side of green beans, serve and ENJOY!
