This is soon delicious and very easy to make. Did I mention budget friendly? Use this as a dip, to cook with your meats or veggies. You can even have a tablespoon a day to ad to your daily health benefits.
WHAT YOU NEED
The larger the family the more you can increase in the ingredients.
- Garlic 4-8 heads
- Virgin olive oil any kind is fine
- Sea salt
- Ninja blender or any that will finely dice your garlic
HOW TO PREPARE
Wash and peel your garlic, dice it in your blender or Ninja which is what I used. Then put it in a food safe container. I used a glass mason jar. Pour olive oil in it to barely cover the top of the entire contents of garlic. You want to be a little bit over the top of the garlic. Then add sea salt to taste and thats it!! Yu can enjoy this so many different ways. I’m having some right now with pat bread YUMMMMM 🙂
